Vacationing Couple Reunites Dog With Owner

Feb 17th, 2010 · A New Mexico man went to New Orleans for Carnival, leaving his dog behind. Soon, the dog went missing. A couple on vacation found the pup, but couldn't find a vet who could scan his microchip. They drove him all the way back home, which happened to be New Orleans. There, they were able to ID the pooch, and reunite him with his owner in time for a Carnival pet parade.
