Mar 5th, 2010 · A year-long dispute between Danger Mouse (Brian Burton) and EMI Records appears to be resolved, clearing the way for an overdue release of Dark Night Of The Soul, the all-star album he produced with Sparklehorse (Mark Linkous). Though specifics of the dispute between the label and Danger Mouse remain unclear, Burton tells the BBC that they've resolved their differences and hope to release the record early this summer.
