Of course, it helps when they have a name like Richard Neutra or Louis Kahn attached to them. A house designed by Neutra was auctioned off by Christie's last week for $15 million (it had been estimated at $25 million) and a Louis Kahn (one of his few house designs that was actually built) went on the block Sunday.
