Disgraced Investors Stolen Statue Returned

Jan 2nd, 2009 · Bernard Madoff was robbed. The Wall Street investor is accused of making billions of dollars disappear in an alleged Ponzi scheme. And now we know that somebody made off with a statue from his Florida estate. It was a copper statue, worth $10,000 dollars. After they took it, the mysterious robbers brought it back. And they attached a note: "Lesson: Return stolen property to rightful owners."

Bank Robber Flees Without Cash

Nov 14th, 2008 · If you ever get frustrated waiting for a bank teller, consider the feelings of a guy in York County, Penn. He had one simple request. He just wanted to rob the bank. But when he demanded money, the teller fainted. The robber proceeded to two more windows. But those tellers had no money. The bank had just opened, and their drawers weren't filled. The robber fled after threatening to file a complaint with management.

Maryland Man 'Fingered' At Crime Scene **

Oct 23rd, 2008 · A Maryland man apparently left his fingerprints at the scene of a robbery. One fingerprint in particular. Police say he used a machete to hold up an alleged brothel in Washington D.C. But before he left, one of the victims grabbed the machete and chopped off the robber's right thumb. Police fingerprinted the thumb, and later matched it to the suspect.

He got a few dollars from the register. But before police could put out a description of the silvery man, a store employee tackled him in the parking lot.
