James P. Johnson's 'Yamekraw, A Negro Rhapsody' ****

Microsoft, Real Networks Settle Antitrust Case

Oct 11th, 2005 · Microsoft agrees to pay Real Networks $760 million in cash and other benefits to settle a long-running antitrust suit. The two companies also plan a partnership in digital music and games. Real is the maker of the Rhapsody music service.
