Jun 21st, 2007 · Malcolm Butters was closing his Fish and Chip shop in York, England last week when a robber burst with a gun. "Give us the money, mate. I'm not joking" he said. "You what?" replied Butters. The fearless fryer then grabbed the nearest weapon to hand -- a slice of fish dripping with hot grease. He then waved it at the gunman. Faced with the fiery filet and a few choice words from the shopkeeper, the would-be felon fled.
