Mexican authorities charge that unlicensed personnel dispensed prescription drugs and cite numerous health violations. Several of the centers have now been closed. NPR's Carrie Kahn reports.

Despite proof that physical therapy and counseling improve survival rates after a heart attack, only one-third of patients receive it. NPR's Patricia Neighmond reports.
