New York Giants Star Receiver To Face Charges

It's the same weapon with which he shot himself in the leg on Friday night. His lawyer is asking people to withhold judgment. Burress is expected to plead not guilty to criminal possession of a weapon. The team's general manager says he phoned Burress, who didn't call back.
