People bought the idea -- for $23 a bottle -- but the Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission didn't. It had the rattlesnake rancher known as "Bayou Bob" arrested for selling liquor without a license. Bayou Bob says he'll fight the charges. The liquor -- he says -- was just a preservative for the snake.
