The annual Jaycees Pizza Challenge in Nutley, N.J., was initially won by Michael's Pizzeria, by five votes. But Ralph's Pizzeria demanded a recount, and came out ahead. The incident is the latest dispute in a town where three pizzerias -- including Ritacco Brothers -- display signs claiming to have been "Voted No. 1 Pizza."
