Norman Mailer, Author and Social Critic, Dies at 84
Nov 10th, 2007 · One of the greatest writers of his generation, Norman Mailer has died at the age of 84. Mailer burst onto the literary scene in 1948 with The Naked and the Dead, and won two Pultizer Prizes during his 60-year career.
