To get legal workers, many plants must recruit heavily. A Cargill plant in Beardstown, Illinois recently began recruiting workers from Puerto Rico.

Nov 26th, 2007 · Ingrid Marie Rivera was a contestant in the Miss Puerto Rico contest. The winner goes to the Miss Universe pageant. And somebody apparently tried to sabotage Rivera. She broke out in hives. Pageant organizers thought it was nerves at first.
