Remembering Ohio U.S. Rep. Stephanie Tubbs Jones

Aug 21st, 2008 · One of Hillary Rodham Clinton's most ardent campaign supporters has died. Ohio Congresswoman Stephanie Tubbs Jones suffered a brain aneurism while driving Tuesday in her home district of Cleveland, and was pronounced dead Wednesday. She was 58 years old. Oct 22nd, 2007 · Like all commercial airports, the one at Sioux City, Iowa is known by a three-letter code. But in Sioux City's case, the letters are S-U-X. Some people pronounce it "sucks." Years ago city officials tried for a more flattering code. But they found nothing they liked. So now the airport is embracing the name with T-shirts, caps, and a new slogan: "Fly SUX."

Cyclist Landis Stripped of 2006 Tour de France Title *

Runner-up Oscar Pereiro of Spain was pronounced the new winner. It is the first time in the more than 100-year history of the tour that a victory is ended by a doping.
