Oct 16th, 2009 · The Obama administration has signed up 55 state and local law enforcement agencies to help enforce immigration laws, including an Arizona county sheriff under investigation for racial profiling, the Homeland Security Department announced Friday. Another 12 agreements have been approved and are awaiting local or state approval.

Jul 21st, 2009 · Police responding to a call about "two black males" breaking into a home near Harvard University on Thursday ended up arresting the man who lives there — Henry Louis Gates Jr., one of the nation's pre-eminent black scholars. Gates and some colleagues call his arrest a case of racial profiling. But police say they were responding to a report of a break-in.

Jan 29th, 2009 · Immigrant advocates have released a video they say shows federal agents racially profiling Hispanic day laborers at a convenience store in Maryland. They say 24 Hispanics were arrested while white and African-Americans pass by unquestioned. Three of those targeted have filed claims for damages.
