Brazil Under Pressure to Improve Air Safety
Jul 27th, 2007 · Brazil is reeling from a series of recent aviation failures including the worst plane crash in that country's history. Nearly 200 people died earlier this month when an airplane overshot a runway at the Sao Paulo airport and hit a gas station. And this week, a radar outage created massive flight disruptions.
