World Court To Seek Warrant For Sudan President
Jul 11th, 2008 · The chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court will seek an arrest warrant for Sudan's President resident Omar Bashir on charges of genocide in the country's Darfur region. This is the first time a sitting head of state has been charged.
