Michigan Freshman Draws Dad's Old Dorm Room ***

Sep 9th, 2008 · The Detroit News headlined it: "Room With A Deja Vu." At Michigan State University, Mike Robell walked into his new dorm room and discovered he was literally walking in his father's footsteps. Of 8,000 dorm rooms, Mike ended up in the same room that his dad, Rich, had. Rich recognized not just the room number, but the same broken window latch.

Rap Celebrating Physics A Hit

Sep 2nd, 2008 · Thousands of people have watched a YouTube video celebrating a particle accelerator in Europe. The rapper is Kate McAlpine, a Michigan State University grad shown dancing inside the facility that is 27 kilometers long. The spokesman for the lab says the science is dead on.

Mich. Police Bust Up Party Promoted on Facebook ****

Apr 7th, 2008 · Police in East Lansing, Michigan, used tear gas to disperse thousands of out-of-hand partygoers near the Michigan State University campus at an event billed as Cedar Fest on Facebook. Police are trying to determine whether the party organizers be held accountable.

'Marketplace:' Divorce, an Environmental Hazard?
