Melissa Block talks with coastal oceanographer Robert Twilley of Louisiana State University about how the wetlands should be rebuilt. They provide a buffer for storms but have been seriously eroded. Robert Siegel talks with engineer Hassan Mashriqui, also of LSU, about strengthening protections around New Orleans such as levees and canals. The city was flooded partly because of breaks in the levees and canal walls.
