As new Western helicopters arrive, the old planes can go to museums -- or the junkyard -- or maybe to you. A general says, "If anybody wants to buy them, they are welcome." Before buying, just consider one reason why the planes are being dumped: During their service, the run-down Albanian planes killed 35 Albanian pilots, but no enemies.
