The LRA is a rebel group that's been terrorizing Northern Uganda for nearly 20 years. Earlier this year, arrest warrants were issued for five top rebel leaders by the International Criminal Court in the Hague. While the rebels have been calling for peace, they also stepped up attacks on civilians and humanitarian convoys.

Croatian War Crimes Suspect Arrested in Spain
