Feb 11th, 2010 · Judge Bernard Saint-Vil says he will recommend that the 10 U.S. missionaries accused of trying to take a busload of children out of the country should be freed from custody rather than face trial.
Jan 16th, 2010 · All rescuers saw of Saint-Helene Jean-Louis when they arrived at a collapsed university building was the top of her head and a hand. It had been four days since the quake leveled the building, one of hundreds destroyed in Haiti. Nearly 30 hours later, crews pulled the 29-year-old out alive. Others weren't so lucky.
Dec 30th, 2009 · James Bain was 19-years-old in 1974, when he was arrested and charged with kidnapping and raping a 9-year-old boy. He was convicted largely because the boy identified him in a police lineup. After serving 35 years in prison, James Bain was recently freed after DNA testing — which he pleaded for when he was initially accused — found him innocent of the crime. Bain talks about his life as a freed man and whether he holds any resentment toward the judicial system for the life-changing error.
