The court ordered Google to stop displaying ads for competitors of Louis Vuitton when users searched for the luxury goods maker. There are similar cases being brought in the United States.

Jan 25th, 2005 · The corporate fraud trial of Richard Scrushy begins Tuesday in Birmingham, Ala. The former CEO of Healthsouth is accused of inflating the company's earnings by more than $2.5 billion. Scrushy is the first CEO tried under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, which required him to certify the company's financial statements.
