Sep 19th, 2004 · Charlene Scott of member station WFCR reports on efforts by cellist Yo-Yo Ma and other members of his Silk Road Ensemble to expand the horizons of classical musicians. The Silk Road musicians worked with young musicians in Tanglewood, Mass., this summer, and this weekend, the students have taken what they learned to Carnegie Hall.
