Oct 27th, 2005 · An independent commission issued its fifth and final report on the United Nations' controversial oil-for-food program. The new report says 2,200 companies were involved paying kickbacks and bribes to the Iraqi government when Saddam Hussein was president. The fraud totaled $1.8 billion dollars.
